Hobsonville Development Limited Partnership (HDLP) in conjunction with the Uku Apartments Body Corporate has investigated reports of water ingress around some of the windows in Uku Apartments

Stage 2 construction started on 15th May 2024 following the issuing of a Building Consent by Auckland Council.
